About Us
In the beginning Jeff worked in neighborhood kitchens developing a taste for great cooking and a basic knowledge of food. The family business, A Party Center, which he grew up with, inspired him to take the next step in his culinary evolution. He sought out the most prestigious culinary school in the world, The Culinary Institute of America, where he was classically trained in French cuisine and where he truly became Chef Jeff. During and upon finishing school Chef Jeff then sharpened his skills while working at Oceana in the bustling Manhattan restaurant scene under the famed Executive Chef Rick Moonen, who taught Chef Jeff the art of incorporating an Asian / Mediterranean feel to many of his dishes.

After crossing back over the Hudson River, Chef Jeff added a whole new element to the services offered by A Party Center, providing Northern New Jersey with the fine skills of a private chef and his unique and creative ideas on gourmet catering. Developing the menu based on each individual client's tastes, Chef Jeff provides an upscale dining experience for the most discerning palate.
